iWidget is an e-Marketing Sevice provided by VillageWorks Communications, Inc.

We can be reached by email at info@iwidget.com. To report any abuse or violations of the iWidget service, please send email to abuse@iwidget.com and attach an unedited copy of the email message that you feel was sent to you in error or without your premission. Include all header information so that we can trace origin of the message. Also include any notes or other information that you feel are pertinent.

Information Collection and Use
VillageWorks Communications, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on the iWidget site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. VillageWorks collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Registration and Orders
In order to sign up for mailing lists on the iWidget Web site, a user must provide an email address. This information is used to contact the user with mailings for which they have expressed interest.

iWidget account owners can create lists and store them on VillageWorks' servers. Owners are fully responsible for their own lists. VillageWorks employees may access the owner's list for administrative purposes, but no mailings will be sent to the owner's list from VillageWorks staff.

List owners are required to provide full contact information, along with a secure password to access their account and valid credit card information. This information is strictly for billing purposes. All credit card transaction are processed internally using LinkPoint to access our merchant bank. Information is not stored, retained, or used by them.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not link to personally identifiable information.

iWidget Newsletter
If a user wishes to subscribe to the iWidget mailing list, we ask for your email address. You always have the power to remove yourself from our list.

Security
VillageWorks takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form askes users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card information), that information is encrypted and protected with SSL encryption.

Site and Service Updates
Account owners will occasionally receive site and service announcements. Owners are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the owner to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Opt-out
List subscribers who wish to be removed from a mailing list thereby no longer receiving further mailings can do so by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email message.

Notification of Changes
VillageWorks reserves the right to make changes to its Privacy Policy. We will post these changes on our iWidget Web site so our users are aware of the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
